These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Habit&Daily Planner mobile application ("App"), provided by Mehmet Zahid Dogan an individual ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Violate any local, state, or international laws while using the App.
• Engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the App.

2. Account Registration

No account registration is required to use the App. However, certain features may require you to purchase in-app purchases or subscriptions.

3. Subscription and In-App Purchases

The App offers the option to subscribe to certain features or purchase non-consumable in-app purchases.

• Subscription: The App uses Apple's subscription service, and subscription payments will be processed through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscription settings in your Apple ID settings.
• Non-Consumable Purchases: You can purchase non-consumable features in the App. These purchases are permanent and will remain available to you on any device that is signed in to your Apple ID.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. The App collects anonymous usage data through Google Analytics to help improve the user experience. We do not collect personal data or require sign-in to use the App. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Content

You are responsible for any content you create, upload, or share through the App. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display this content for the purposes of providing and improving the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Mehmet Zahid Dogan and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately end, and you must cease using the App.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Turkey.
